Alas, I have no hard-core geek skills. However, my true gift is finding and using free or extremely cheap web (and now iPhone) applications for just about any purpose. I've used free online services to build social networks, write and edit documents, presentations and films, create art and, of course, blog.
I'm a solid and skilled end-user of more traditional software applications as well, and I used to teach teaching assistants how to integrate technology effectively into their lessons.
I have an awesome and amazing family: 2 boys aged 5 years and 8 months and a husband who is so nice and understanding that I have secretly spent a lot of our nearly 13 years of marriage waiting for the other shoe to drop. Strangely, it never has.
