I have a background in applied anthropology, and do program evaluation and survey research at Portland State University. I have special knowledge in participatory and community-based methods. I also have a teeny-tiny org. focused on education and capacity building for community-based Burmese organizations. I'm not a computer geek, but could probably offer advice on surveys, social research methods and analysis, or participatory development work.
