We need help in thinking through and planning an update to our website(s). Our organizational site (clfuture.org) was developed in Plone around 5 years ago. There are issues we have with Plone itself as well as needing to update the design and content of our site to better reflect the organization's current programs and mission. We are also very interested in exploring features and functionality that were not available 5 years ago (blogs, RSS, etc.)
We also have a project specific site (equityatlas.org) that was developed approximately 1 year ago using Dreamweaver. We're generally satisfied with this site though feel it would be beneficial to either combine both sites into one or, at the very least, develop a consistent look between the two sites.
We do have a volunteer with expertise in Drupal that could help with implementation once the design and architecture is finalized. We lack the expertise and resources to do the upfront design and planning work and could certainly use additional help on the implementation end.
