I consider myself an "IT Generalist". I have over 25 years of experience working in IT-related positions; I done field engineering, technical support, training, system and network administration, system integration, and software development.
I believe that I can be helpful in a number ways. If I don't know the answer to something off the top of my head (which is the case ever more frequently these days), I'm usually pretty good at digging up an answer. I like that situation better since I get to learn something too.
The focus of my education and most recent volunteer involvement is in environmental issues.
