At this time I am a PSU Graphic design student who does freelance web and design work. My current project is for local nonprofits working on the overpopulation problem with stray and feral cats. i am joining this group for assistance with the design of a site to be the nexus for matching volunteers with neighborhoods to be surveyed, and to securely hold and display the mapping of the data collected.
